How our system works
1. First Meeting
Contact us to book a consultation and let us know about your needs. At our first meeting we'll listen to you and talk you through the basic options including styles, materials, finishes, interior layout. These are just some of the initial decisions we can help you with, that are required to create your perfect custom made furniture.

2. Quotation
Following our first visit at your home, we will provide you with a detailed drawing of your future alcove, wardrobe, shelving or study together with a quotation. You may be given several options to help you find the right solution to suit your budget, taste and practical requirements. Upon request a 3D colour visual may be provided.

3. Fine Tuning
Once you have received our quotation, we will listen to your feedback regarding the design and price. This information will then enable us to modify, if necessary, the materials or fine tune the design until we have found the perfect solution for you. If you are happy with our proposal we will require a deposit which is normally 50% of the total price. (Please enquire about other payment/deposit options). We accept cheques, bank transfers, debit cards, credit cards (a 1.5% surcharge applies on some cards).

4. Manufacturing

As your new furniture is custom made, we will first order all the necessary materials and high quality fittings such as: door hinges, sliding/bi-fold door systems, drawer runners
and accessories as required. Our highly trained and skilled colleagues work with the latest high quality computer controlled manufacturing equipment (CNC) to achieve maximum perfection.
